News Update

Hi Everyone,

The last few weeks for me have been really busy and I've enjoyed some great opportunities. My wedding season has been jam packed full of weddings and civil ceremonies and I'd like to say a big thank you and send my best wishes for the continued happiness of all the couples who I have had the pleasure of entertaining on their special day.

I had a fantastic evening in October at the beautiful Midland Hotel in Manchester when I sang to the cream of the North West's restaurateurs, Chefs, bar and hotel owners who were all gathered for the Lancashire Life and Cheshire Life Food & Drink Awards.

It was a night of good food, excellent wine and it was an honour to be involved with the awards.

You'll be able to see more of the celebrations in the December issues of Lancashire Life and Cheshire Life magazines.

My fingers are crossed at the moment following my audition for Britain's Got Talent!

It was a long wait in Manchester's Convention Centre and I have to say there was plenty of talent on show in the massive waiting room.

When it was finally my turn, the audition was just myself and a producer in a small room, but the nerves did surface a little when their music system wouldn't play my CD! However not to be disheartened I sang my song acapella and it went brilliantly.

Now I have a long wait until the end of February before I find out if I'm going to be invited back for the live auditions.

My diary's filling up with weddings in 2012, 2013 and I even have a few dates booked in for 2014, so if you're considering booking me for your entertainer and DJ at your function please let me know as soon as possible.

Wayne recently opened an exciting fashion show held at Mitton Hall Hotel, to raise money and awareness for Whalley’s Britain in Bloom entry. He was also invited to an exclusive social lunch with Lancashire Life magazine at Angels Restaurant in Ribchester.

Wayne is the singer of choice for the prestigious Charity Ball to be hosted by the Mayor and Mayoress of the Ribble Valley in November.
