A Day Full of Inspiration at Abbey House
What a day that was at the Abbey House Wedding Open Day. The place looked stunning, buzzing with couples full of ideas and loads of brilliant suppliers showing off what they do best.
From the second you walked in, there was a real energy about the place.
I had some great chats with couples about their plans and how I could fit into their day. Best bit? A few weddings booked in there and then, always a good feeling.
The team at Abbey House are just top class. Laura and Lauren keep everything ticking over like clockwork, and Donna is forever working her magic on the socials to make sure the excitement carries on long after the event. Honestly, they’re a dream team.
Big mention as well for Bob Williams, the toastmaster. If you know Abbey House, you’ll know Bob. He’s been part of the furniture there for years, always calm, always professional, and just a genuinely lovely bloke to have around on a wedding day.
The suppliers were on fine form too. From cars to flowers, stationery to music, it was a proper showcase of talent. Shout-out to young Alex for her beautiful stationery, it caught a lot of attention from couples on the day.
Events like this remind me why I love what I do. It’s not just about me singing or hosting, it’s about being part of a community of people all pulling together to make weddings the best they can be.
