The Perfect Setting – Eaves Hall

Eaves Hall really is something else. The second you roll up that long driveway and see the place sitting there in all its glory, you just know it’s going to be a good day. It’s got that perfect mix of grand and welcoming, proper Lancashire class without the stuffiness.

Jamie & George couldn’t have picked a better spot. From the minute guests arrived, drinks in hand and smiles all round, you could feel the buzz. Eaves Hall has this magic about it, the kind of venue that makes everyone feel relaxed but still ready to celebrate in style. As a wedding singer at Eaves Hall, I’ve seen how the place just sets the tone for the day.

The rooms, the light, the views, everything about it just makes you want to have a good time. And with these two, that’s exactly what happened… pure joy from start to finish.

Music, Music & More Music

These two absolutely live for their music. It wasn’t just background noise, it was a massive part of the day. From the second Jamie walked down the aisle, the whole place was filled with live sound and emotion.
You could feel it. That moment when the music hits and everyone gets goosebumps? Yeah, that.

Then came the drinks reception, smashed by the lead singer from the Michigan band. Proper good vibe, everyone outside chatting, laughing, and already a few drinks in before I’d even got started.

By the time the wedding breakfast rolled around, it was my turn. That’s when little old me fired things up. Within minutes the room was singing, clapping, and the energy just lifted. No lull, no waiting for the evening, we brought the party right into the middle of the day.

Army Banter & Speeches to Remember

George had some of his old squaddie mates in and let me tell you, when the army lads get going, you know about it. Proper banter, proper noise, and all in good spirits.

The speeches? What a lineup:

• Antonia & Leah (Maid of Honour) nerves of steel (even if Antonia was shaking head to toe), both delivered spot-on.

• Jorge (Best Man) absolute character, had the room in stitches one minute and heartfelt the next.

• Des (Father of the Bride) softly spoken, emotional, even brought out one of Jamie’s childhood cuddly toys. Pure tear-jerker.

• George (The Groom) heartfelt, structured, emotional, thanking everyone before pouring his heart out to his new wife. You could feel how much Jamie means to him.

Party Atmosphere, Wayne Style

Space was tight, but that didn’t stop me. Guests were on their feet, singing, clapping, and dancing before dessert had even landed.

William wasn’t letting me off the hook until I handed him the mic for “Angels” and fair play, he gave it a proper go!

By the early evening, the atmosphere was electric. As a wedding singer at Eaves Hall, I live for that moment when the room’s buzzing and every song just hits. I powered through “From Now On” from The Greatest Showman and one of my all-time favourites, “Rock n Roll Star” by Oasis. Energy levels? Through the roof.

Then came a brilliant father-daughter moment,  Jamie and her dad dancing to James’ classic “Sit Down”, followed by a first dance with a cheeky Pulp Fiction twist. Totally unique, totally them.

After that, it was time to hand things back to the Michigan lads, and they absolutely tore it up. Dancefloor packed, guests going wild, the perfect finish to a day that had everything.

Jamie & George – Mr & Mrs Unsworth.

What a couple, what a day, what a venue. Honestly, this one had everything, music, laughter, love, and that kind of atmosphere you just don’t forget.

From the moment guests arrived, the place was buzzing. There’s just something about Eaves Hall, that mix of elegance and party spirit, that makes it perfect for a day like this.

As a wedding singer at Eaves Hall, I’ve seen some incredible celebrations over the years, but Jamie and George’s wedding was right up there with the best of them.

Every part of the day had its own magic, the live music, the emotion, the laughter that filled every room. It wasn’t just a wedding; it was a full-on celebration of two people who know how to have fun and make everyone around them feel part of it.

All the very best to the happy couple for the future x
