The wedding of Mr & Mrs Miller at the wonderful Gibbon Bridge Hotel in Chipping.
John & Janet are simply lovely, I had the pleasure of being there right from the start of the wedding for the ceremony which was held outside on the bandstand in glorious sunshine.
In the prelude leading up to the ceremony I entertained the guests with a few swing songs to whet their appetites.
The bride and groom followed closely by members of their family made their way slowly down the steps towards the bandstand to a beautiful rendition of A Thousand Years by the Piano Guys.
Once the ceremony had concluded and the registers had been signed they both made their way back up the steps as the new Mr & Mrs Miller followed by
family and friends to the sound of Radetzky’s march. The day from then on was all about the food, the drink, the laughs and the don’t think anyone knew exactly what to expect from me but as usual I didn’t disappoint and managed to entertain everyone right from the wedding breakfast through until the end of the evening.
One of my favourite moments from the day was when we all sang You’ll Never Walk Alone, John must obviously be a Liverpool fan to have specifically requested it, the song has a personal significance for me and its always a pleasure to perform.
I would just like to say a huge congratulations to John & Janet and to wish them all the very best for the future x
